All applications are completed online. Visit the Apply Now page and fill out the rental application form. Each adult (18+) must apply separately. 

Applicants must show gross monthly income of atleast 3x the rent. Credit and rental history will be reviewed, and certain negative items (evictions, unpaid rental balances, or bankruptcies) may result in denial. 

Depending on the location, a small animal is allowed. An additional non-refundable pet deposit will be required. 

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, tenants are responsible for all utlities. Lawn care is included at all properties.

Submit all non-emergency requests through our Maintenance Request form. 

The deposit is typically equal to one month's rent, unless otherwise stated in the property listing. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. It can be made by direct deposit or ACH. Late fees take into action after the 3rd of the month. A late charge fee of $35.00.
